The 30-year-old Billingsley did not pitch in 2014 while he was recovering from Tommy John surgery on his right elbow and surgery on his right flexor tendon. He last pitched in 2013 when he made two starts for Los Angeles. Billingsley has pitched eight seasons in the majors, all with the Dodgers.
